All of our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation.

They have been compiled and designed to ensure that customers of Gypsy Lace can trade safley and securely when they deal with us.

When you place an order with us we will do our best to ensure its accuracy and quality before dispatching it as soon as possible to you.

No orders will be dispatched before we have received cleared funds for the goods.

Any goods which may need to be dyed or cut to order must be paid for in full before the goods are put into process.

Returns Policy.

If you find when you receive your goods that they are faulty then please inform us within 2 working days of receipt and we will refund or replace the goods.

Each order will be cut to a customers requirement. As a result of this service unless the goods are faulty we will not accept any returns.

Please note that we offer a swatch service which will enable you to see and touch the product before you make your purchase so that you will have an informed opinion of the product before you buy any bulk.
